Early Life

Leo’s journey began as a young shepherd in the village of Deyro in southeastern Türkiye. At age 12, he moved to Istanbul, where he worked as a dishwasher and later built experience as a waiter, salesman, and hospitality manager.

These early years shaped his discipline, resilience, and belief in treating every guest with warmth and respect.

Journey to the United States

In 2009, Leo arrived in the United States with a vision of building a better future. He began in New York City working as a pedicab driver while adapting to a new culture and exploring opportunities in hospitality and the creative arts.

He completed an internship at the renowned French restaurant Chez Josephine in Manhattan, gaining hands-on experience in fine dining service and restaurant operations.

While he explored acting and film, his true passion remained hospitality and building spaces that bring people together.

Acting, Film & Creative Education

Leo studied acting, directing, and film in New York, including training at the New York Film Academy, where he developed skills in performance, storytelling, and production.

He later trained at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting & Theatre in Los Angeles, strengthening his creativity, communication, and artistic perspective skills that continue to influence his leadership today.

In 2019, Leo opened his first coffee shop, turning a lifelong vision into reality. In 2020, he launched his specialty coffee brand inspired by his Turkish heritage.
